Stacked Monitors - Need a Stand Recommendation

I'm trying to track down a stand to mount two monitors vertically. One monitor is a 40" and the other is a 35" ultrawide, both weigh 18.6lbs. All the stands I'm finding (at least those that aren't hundreds of dollars) state a limit of 27-30" monitors.

This stand for example seems like it would fit the bill except that the stated max size is 30" and max weight is 17.6lbs. It's heavy duty construction and the weight would be centered on the pole.

Do you see any reason that stand wouldn't work? Is the issue having the weight spread further out horizontally from the base than intended by the manufacturer?

I think it's a little too close for comfort IMO, but you could probably make it work.

I felt the same and ended up going with the triple monitor version of that stand. That will give me some height flexibility.
