True, but an employer has a right to demand a code of conduct from its employees beyond just not breaking any laws just as the potential employee is free to seek employment elsewhere. A job is a contract between two parties, both of whom have to be satisfied, and while I wouldn't have a problem with a former porn actress as a teacher, a concurrent porn career is more than I personally would tolerate. She isn't entitled to any job, much less that particular job.

Why would you fire her for something not related to her job? Something that doesn't put the kids in danger? I could understand giving her a leave of absence if she was on trial for murdering someone but even then they probably wouldn't fire her. Porn? The more we hide it, the more they (kids) want to know about it. Except they are going to do it without the parents.
