stable 4gb board

I like the sound of 4gb on the new DFI board, but I've got a matrox p650 that wont fit. (And I just dont need all those bells and whistles!)
Anyone have any idea if the uli chipset that has both agp and pci will happily take 4gb and run stable at 400mhz?

You're talking AMD64? The RAM controller is on the CPU, not in the chipset. Next question please 😉

The DFI Motherboard is new in that it is the first that can handle 4x double-sided dimms @ 1T . . . other boards can handle 4x DS dimms only @ 2T . . . all Venice and later chips can run 4x DS dimms @ 400 mhz 2T . . .
