Stabilizing cores (unlocking)

So in BIOS there is -2% on all cores but what change that as cpu did not boot stable to windows as quad?

I have 4 CPU's in same batch in the AM2+ Dual Core 5000+ 65w the Deneb version where 2 out of 3 tested CPU's unlock to Quad Core.

Stock Vcore is 1.25v, 2 cpu's unlocked to Quad and stable at even 1.10v

The third tested CPU will according Asus BIOS screen say succesfuly unlocked to quad this in vcore 1.30v but when Windows 7 logo comes still it freezes..


This testing is being done on a Asus M4a785 pro motherboard.
