After reading those reviews . I think some reviewers need to learn about ethics.
I too find the vast majority of reviews to be lacking in one regard or another, no one reviewer does everything as I would have liked to see them do it (test methodology wise as well as test suite wise) but this is what we get when the price is free.
Anand came close to making me happy when he went back and re-did some of the i7 tests to document power-consumption data during the test runs...I was hoping it would become a trend to be repeated in the PhII review.
We all know to not look a gift horse in the mouth. Had we paid $1000 for a polished analysis of the PhII architecture then yeah we'd have reason to pitch a bitch, but free means you get exactly what you paid for no matter how low the quality turns out to be.
