Stability issues

Hey, every once in awhile my screen will flicker and games are getting errors and studdering.. I managed to fix some of the problems but other still occur.. I also think my CPU is OC'ing itself.. when I set it to Manual in BIOS it won't say it hangs but when I set it to 2200(the cpu's actualy speed.) it will hang and overheat.

Have you used Prime to test the CPU yet?
Are you using a CPU fan that matches your CPU performance? Because it sounds like you have a CPU fan that fails to cool adequately when it heats during gaming.
