Whenever I feel like shiz...I can just popl in a Stabbing Westward CD and realize that there is someone else out there who's life sucks more than mine.

Ah, but there's nothing like good dark music, particularly if it has a hypnotic quality to it, it's refreshing to hear lyrics worth listening carefully to !

its funny that you mention them as i'm currently listening... I suggest you pick up 'Ungod' ... its raw, its not studio polished, and its awesome. their second and third were also great, but they arnt as edgy as Ungod. Their final was good too, but they softened up a LOT. which is a reason why I think no one boughtit

Ungod and W,B,B,P were their two best.

I like White Zombie but find them more abrasive than Stabbing Westward.. there's something very strirring yet soothing at the same time about their sound ..if that makes any sense 🙂



hmmm..lemmie explain better, there's a really deep under current of bleakness in Stabbing Westward, a soul desolation that I don't feel with White Zombie.
