the episode where they all have that virus that actives some gene that makes them degenerate into more primitive forms.
the episode where lore takes over the abandoned group of borg and then "brainwashes" data
the last episode was one of my favorites of all time
the "there are 4 lights" was awesome
the one where Q let picard go back in time and allow himself to stop himself from getting stabbed in the heart as a cadet
where picard becomes a borg
the one where they are at some sorta temporal rift, and save an older version of the enterprise and then tasha yar is suddenly alive but then goes to join the old crew since she wasn't even supposed to be on the new enterprise anyway.
i also really enjoyed the TNG movies

I think that one was called Genesis -- it freaked me out a few times, hah. I also vote for the Pegasus episode.

Umm.. why has nobody suggested this yet? GET A NEW WIFE!

Because everyone doesn't feel the need to be a douche...

as for the episode she might like:

The Pegasus.
Relics - the episode with Scotty.
Ship in a Bottle.
All Good Things.

Most the Worf and Data centered shows are worth a viewing.

The one where they all wake up and do not know who they are and there is a "new crew member".

The one where Tasha dies (not because she dies, but because I like the episode).

The one with Scotty

The one where Geordi uses the computer simulation of the designer of the Enterprise engine to save the ship

The one with the Barion (sp?) sweep and Picard getting trapped on the ship by hijackers (while trying to get his saddle).

Man, that was a good show.

MotionMan

Almost anything in the last season, especially "All Good Things".

Avoid all the Pulaski eps.

Sixth season was renowned for the best writing. Seventh had good episodes too, but some were a bit over the top. You could tell it was winding down.

i'd have to say the 2 parter in which they go back and meet mark twain.
Time's Arrow, IIRC. I liked that one.

oh man... possibly my favorite episode of any show ever. Man I wish I could erase my memory to watch that over again...

Ditto. It's weird to think that after that point, Data's head was ~500 years older than the rest of his body. :Q
