Since you are from STL I will ask, have you ever been to the ski resort? When I went to Six Flags last month I saw it on google maps close by. I would like to go if it was worthwhile

It's a large hill with what is usually fake snow.

It's not much, honestly, but it's all the area has and you can definitely learn to ski/snowboard there.
 
Since most places were booked, this seems to be our best option for 'white sands' where the unit meets our budget and has a nice beach front view. It's also well reviewed and the owner responds to my emails within 5 minutes. Reviews said management was on point with customer service and their response time seems to back that idea up.

There is a gay bar in Pensacola, which the name escapes me, that is all you can drink for $10 and everyone there is super nice, at least, they were to me.

You're not going to find anywhere cheaper than Panama City Beach. The PCP beaches are nice and the water is clean. I think you'll be happy.
