I have been able to find some data online for RAID-0 of two Seagate hybrid hard drives (Momentus XT), but I've never seen anything beyond that. Anyone know of tests or applications of multiple hybrid HDDs in a server/NAS environment? I'm thinking like eight drives... I'm sure it just doesn't work well enough to justify itself, but I just can't find any hard data one way or another.
 
In a production server faster drives will help a lot, In a NAS ~111MBps network throughput unless you get one with 10Gbps network.
