Sir my wd ssd smart all attributes are good value 100
But

0xF4 244 Total LBAs Read Expanded value 0 wrst 100
what does mean this smart is id .

Attribute 244 and 242 work together to be a counter of the total LBAs (sectors) read. The total number of LBAs read will be the two of them, multiplied together (every time 242 wraps around, 244 should increment once.)

It's not a universally available SMART attribute - not part of the original spec. Your SMART reading software is probably trying to map them to a 0-100 scale, which is silly. You can probably ignore it.
