SSD raid0 vs no raid for pagefile performance

I have only 6 GB of ram, while my ram usage (Committed) is usually around 15~17 GB.

I am currently running on a pagefile residing on one SSD, intel 530 240gb, with size of 12gb, however, occasionally, i get slow downs, and i notice disk usage to be 100% for a second or two.

I have another ssd , Crucial M4 64gb, and want to use it to share the load of the pagefile.

Would it help at all to create a raid0 array of total size 12gb on the 2 ssds to use solely for pagefile, will performance be better ?

Or would it be better to just put 6gb pagefile on each ssd ?

Notes:
- I can't afford more RAM atm.
- Wear out of ssd turned out to be not an issue over a period of 3 months, yes, wear out increased significantly, but the increase per month is still within acceptable limits.

Let Windows manage your page file. Forget RAID0. Stop fretting over SSD wear - they will last longer than you will keep them.

Your Intel is a good bit faster than your Crucial drive, relatively speaking, so the only thing I would be using it for is storage space.

SSD's are great, but there is still no substitute for RAM.

If you are have a heavy workload during the slowdowns, then you know what you need to do (more RAM). If your workload is relatively light, with 6 GB of RAM, I would start looking for apps/malware that may be causing it.

...i notice disk usage to be 100% for a second or two.

So? Why is this bad? If you submit a request to the drive, disk use should be 100% for as long as it takes to complete the request.

You want your SSD to only work part time?

During those few seconds of 100% usage, some of my processes become laggy, i want to reduce the time the disk is at 100% to reduce the lag ..
