Ok guys i so i am limited on my build this year and have to setups. Made poll for easy answer. Mainly going to be for BF3 atm since that is the only game i am playing right now. Around $350 Budget for upgrades.

a) what do you have right now. cant suggest anything when we dont know what you have

b) SSDs will be more beneficial for your daily multitasking/bootup/shutdowns, but a beefier GPU will give you better gaming

I voted 2500k as well; but try to get a z68 so you can use an SSD for caching later. I'd drop to 4GB RAM if I didn't have enough money otherwise.
