Update 8/4/11

Well it turns out my trusty Micro Center brand SSD was th culprit. I went to MC and bought a Crucial M4 SSD, did everything that I did with the other drive and it worked like a charm! Thanks for all of your guidance!

Did the same thing the x58 has the MC
To avoid any proplems I put the m4 in the sandy.
