Friend got a Atrend ATC 5220 mobo, known as Super7 socket.
(sorry, my "on-hand" experience starts from Intel LX, never touch VIA chip until 694X era)

Anyhow, what is the highest upgrade path for this mobo? (or fastest CPU this mobo can handle)

thanks,....

ps. more question on my reply 😉

I see, thanks guys!!!! 🙂

BTW, what's the FSB or K6-2 or K6-3?
Also, is it possible to OC K6-2 or K6-3?
If so, OCing w/ CM or FSB?
What's the default voltage? And what's the "safe" range?

66 or 100 Below 300 is 66, 300 is 66 or 100, 333 is 66, 350+ are 100
yes, but usually not much
Whatever you want. Usually don't have many FSB options, but if any work, use them.
2.2V or 2.4V

thanks!

I just tried it out (default 300mhz w/ 66FSB).

Bump it to 100X3 @ 3.5V!!!!!!
nope.......doesn't even boot. (Not even w/ 83Mhz, guess it wasn't meant to be as good as Celeron, at that time) 🙁
