Unless you can reach where (possibly) the sole is peeling away with some rubber cement, the only way is to get them repaired or replaced. I'm having a similar problem with mine. There is a hole in each heel somewhere that is letting water in. It's not getting my foot wet but it makes squishing sounds after I walk in water.

depends on what's causing the squeak but WD-40 worked wonders for me. Of course you may also be afraid of spraying your shoes with WD-40...
