The GF's phone fell on to the floor (about 2.3 feet) and shattered the screen. It still works, but is pretty much done. We got the squaretrade ADH, and was wondering, will they just pay $$, or replace the screen and send it back?

Anyone have experience with this, and what resolutions people got?

I think it depends on their cost vs repair. If the repair outweighs the costs, they'll replace it. My netbook died (full on, memory/ac plug dead), They just sent me cash instead of repairing.

Overnight me a like-new replacement.

I authorize SquareTrade to charge my credit card if I do not ship in my defective phone within 15 days from today. This charge will represent the full cost of my replacement phone ($350 to $500 depending on your phone model).
