Spyware problem

Ok, each and everytime I delete this .dll another file comes up with a totally different name. I use Killbox to replace the file and delete it. Also, in MSCONFIG there are a bunch of blank entries that I can't get rid of. I've been manually removing these .dll files one by one but it's getting time confusing. Can anyone recommend another way to get rid of all these files?

please check your services and disable any suspcious ones. also download hijackthis and post your log.
