spyware / adware problem

i use Lavasoft Ad-Aware 6.0.... i JUST finished a scan and load up google... suddenly it changes from google to OUTWAR... some1 please help me hahahaa

i dont have never visited outwar's website with the exception of a misleading website that directed me from a personal site to their outwar name...

any suggestions greatly appriciated

Those are good at removing adware crap and prevent it too.
