i am not a fan of fixed blades

Ninja Edit: I love Kbar knives. The knife that kick the nazis arses

But they're so useful! Well, not this one unless you're planning on using it tactically (which I'm not), but for woodcraft a nice large fixed blade is one of the lightest practical most tools you can bring. Plus if nothing else I'm betting that warrior could slice a box in half easy. 🙂

I love my folding blade, i keep it in my webbing. THe fixed blade sits at home, its fairly useless.

Unless you are Jim Bowie, fighting at the Alamo, that knife is useless.

1 word for you you: Zombie Holocaust

That being said, I LOVE my Spyderco folding knives. I've been carrying one pretty much everywhere (except work) for the past 20 years. Even gave them out to my groomsmen.

I gave out Case stag folders to my groomsmen.
I think pocket knives are a great gift, but I doubt any of my groomsmen use them.

I don't care for that knife. It looks functional for a specific fighting style, but it's kind of ugly. I'd rather get some kind of tanto design. They look good, can be used for fighting, and used for more mundane purposes.
