Jag will always look the same, 50 years from now or 50 years ago, it will always retain its classic "4 eye" look. It won't impress new crowd but it will indeed pleases the old.
and it does look like a Crown Vic from the side: huge, bulky, and ugly.

Aerospace grade adhesives . . . the very act of welding structures creates a weak area that must be reinforced with extra material. Many jets have much of their structure glued together +/- rivets in lieu of welds.

I love Jags but those hind quarters are butt ugly.

that high weight is what makes the car so elegantly smooth on the highway. My jag clocks in arounr 4200 pounds. Other than the fact that it's just a 6 cylinder, i wouldn't give it up for anything.

That weight adds to poorer handling, worse fuel economy, more strain for the engine, and worse performance. I'm GLAD they're dropping the weight.

The weight isn't *that* impressive, but it's pretty cool that they're trying to trim the fat IMO.
