Lakers have no depth this year. I don't know why they didn't acquire any good backup guys. Every year they lose players from their bench and now there is no bench. Especially with Fox out and now George, it's over for the Lakers. I think Sacramento will win it this year. Too bad, 'cause the ratings will really take a nose dive after the Lakers go out.

Let's face it, San Antonio is a boring team to watch, and so is any team in the East. The only good matchup left is Sacramento/Dallas.

San Antonio actually has the largest audience. While LA has a larger number of TV viewers in Cali, the Spurs have a larger viewing audience nationwide.

Take that!

san antonio may have a larger audience(questionable), but national attention is on the lakers. viewership is much higher when the lakers play than any other team.

too bad they are super-sucking it up.

well if you count laker haters as fans then probably they do have the biggest audience

total and complete domination. The Lakers have no excuse but to admit that they are simply facing a superior team that is better than them in every way.

Nah... Lakers just need Horry to knock a few more guys in the groin and they have a chance to regain a lead. :disgust:

Yes, Spurs are just tearing the lakers apart right now but you can never count them out. Bryant could always go on his 3 point frenzies (he already hit a tough one to end the 3rd). But 27 points is a lot to overcome

They just said the lakers had the biggest loss back in '98 112-77 vs Utah. So a 35 pt loss. Either way they'll lose tonight.

Hush your mouth, don't entertain the thought. I want to see the Lakers knocked off so bad, I can taste it. They seem to lose when I watch, so I just gotta keep' on watchin'.

But seriously, they've won four in a row, it's just not gonna feel as good for them to win it again, then for some other team to get it for their first time in a long time.

while i'm not a Lakers fan, and glad to see Spurs beat Lakers, it's just too bad Lakers lost Fox and George, i'm more about a Good game/series.

I expect to see some finger pointing at the general manager of the lakers pretty soon. They have not picked up any good players in a long time and it is really starting to show. Even if the lakers are able to come away from this series, it has still been shown that they have no depth.
