You can block outgoing calls by *67 but incoming I highly doubt it.

Why do you need to block a number, with Sprint you never get half your calls anyway and don't receive the voicemails from those calls until the following day. <rant> my service has been noticeably worse in the last few weeks than it has ever been </rant>
