Sprint planning on rolling out new pre pay plans

They are offering unlimited data ( no throttle), but yes the plan pricing is not good. It was expected though. They already have boost, VM and a lot of other mvnos. They can't simply undercut all of them. Article says they are offering lte on one of the phones and you can't use any sprint postpaid phones, which makes this a big pass.

In other news, tmobiles $70 plan on prepaid is going unlimited data with no throttle. You can usually get refills for it for $63 online. Seems like a better option if you need unlimited data.

To be honest, if they got their network together, then allowed any Sprint phone to be pay as you go, the $70 would be a deal. You could leave at any time with no penalties, and you are free to buy phones as you see fit. What hurts the pay as you go is the limitation to crappy phones.

I wonder why tmo is behind sprint. I got rid of sprint 10 years ago as they sucked then and suck still.
