Sprint PCS OR Nextel

i am gonna be using a cell phone as my housephone now and want to get a new cell phone which is better???

Nextel is mainly for company's. since they work like walkie talkies. however, sprint in my area, just plain sucks. so i really don't know. nextel i think is just too much for you nate. sprint would be the way to go. again, all depends on your usage

i heard on cnbc that nextel might go bankrupt so i would suggest sprint

da nextel's are quite popular around here...but i dont know know anyone with one and from what i have seen they are bulky

yuck. neither. I'd go with Voicestream or AT&T before even considering nextel or sprint.

Do you live in a rural area or large city? VS isn't too good in rural cities. I haven't had any problems with Sprint and like it. (Live near Dallas)

It depends on where you live. Cell phone service varies widely across the country. Ask some people who live near you what they use and if they're happy with it. It's like broadband, in some areas DSL is better and in other areas cable is better.
