Well - the device made it through the fcc; so it should be released soon. Any guess as to when ? My random guess based on no data is Aug 12.

Agreed on wondering why people would want the Tegra 2 version. I believe that comes with Super LCD too doesn't it? Seems like a small step backwards to me.

I assume op was addressing what seems to be the SGSII that passed through the FCC for sprint.

That's a yes on the wimax, and VZW support's twitter account says yes to LTE for their variant as well.

Yep. Considering the Epic with wimax I'm not surprised. I imagine the Verizon version will have LTE as well. If Sprint can land it first they could get a nice little sales boost from people sick of waiting for the next iPhone and getting in on there unlimited.
