Sprint equipment replacement...

I dropped my cell phone and it broke and I have the Sprint equipment replacement option on my plan. Anyone know if this covers broken phones and how do I go about getting another one?

It's not that hard to find the answer for yourself. - there's a $35 deductible. Didn't they give you a pamphlet about it when you signed up or something?
