Online chatting right now. Complained about all the problems I've been having ever since I got sprint. They said there are problems in my area but the engineers would fix it in 12 hours.. yea right 12 hours to fix the shittiness that I've had over the last year. He gave me a number to call if Im still having problems and said they'll offer me the Airave...

Im probably going to threaten to cancel since I was about to cancel last month anyways..

In my mind its somewhat needed by Sprint. That has huge customer retention issues.

Their 4G has been an almost total flop, they have front haul and back haul issues at most of their 3G towers because they tried to go cheap, they got a small bump when Virgin Mobile offered unlimited 3 G internet, but now that Virgin Mobile has totally backpedaled, that bump is gone.

Most Sprint cell phone or internet data customers are not going to tolerate substandard Sprint service. And if Sprint can't do the job, most former sprint customers will find providers who can. A few will be fooled by attractive lip stick on a pig rebate offers, but my guess, not enough to stop the bleeding. Sprint management should have focused on delivering the bacon years ago, they did not, and now they are paying the price as their customers vote with their feet.

Doesn't matter how much credit I get or the airave. I'm still leaving once my contract is over.

OK I just chatted with "Trudy S" and got a $20 credit but no free AirRave. I will try again tomorrow. I complained about poor signal quality at my home (true) and was given the run around of having to restart my phone because the rep refreshed my phone and it would need to be reprovisioned. I was told by the rep my area was recorded and would be looked at by engineers (yeah right!). I asked how many days that would take and was told "some days". LOL. I pressed the rep and they said 7-10 days. At that point, I told the rep if the issue was still there, I would be canceling. The rep just said thanks! Wow.

Don't waste your time with phone or online reps.
Email a Sprint exec and you will be given one.
