i know people get the winter blues, but has anyone gotten the springtime blues?

the weather just recently warmed up and it's been gorgeous outside the past week.

the weather makes me feel nostalgic for those spring evenings riding bikes with my friends when i was a kid. it's a great memory, but it kinda brings me down. it's like i want time to stop and i want to relive my childhood, but i get down because i know i can't. am i making sense?
 
I often miss the days of ole when I didnt have a care in the world other than going out and playing in the field behind my house or swimming in my friend's pool for what felt like an eternity. Honestly, it felt like those days would never end, but they did. There's things in the future to look forward to though, so all is not sad, it's just a happy memory for me. Next year may bring little Modeps' running around and from then on I probably wont ever look back.
 
no, not really. Springtime is my favorite time of the year. Lots of cool things growing, laying out in the sun, not to hot not too cold.
have often thought it would be nice to be 20 years younger but really wouldn't want to be a kid again.
Get off the comp for a while and go meet some new friends.

I have the blues bad right now. I see everyone happy with their friends and boyfriends and girlfriends and i look at my life and its the same miserable pile its always been, and whats worse is that i'm so busy feeling miserable to do anything about it.
 
yeah, i love spring, too. i can't wait to play basketball/volleyball outside. i can't wait to play outside with my son.

i don't know...the weather suddenly went from dreary to amazing and it sort of overwhelmed me and kind of brought me down. weird.
