I'd like to know too... been looking for an easier way to do pics in Flash. They always come out either too compressed (grainy pics) or too large a file size... especially that many. Did you find a flash gallery component we should know about ?!

Its just a flash holder for all of my pictures. I edited the pictures ahead of time in photoshop to make them the propersize, then I put them in flash with simple buttons to move them back and forth.
