Spread Spectrum settings?

I have a GA-K8NXP SLI board and i upgraded to the new F9 bios and i notice two more "spread spectrum" options

one is for the PCI express, SATA, and CPU. what do these do and should i enable them??

also is HT-link voltage something i should increase at all?

DISABLE spread spectrum.

NO- you don't need to increase HT-link voltage. I've never increased HT link even though I OC my HT by quite a bit.

Spread spectrum is just to reduce the Electronic interference in your system. It definitely hurts OCing... but it would be nice if the computer interfered with your radio for example.
