Spread Spectrum: on or off?

Is it better to leave Spread Spectrum on or off in BIOS?

Please elaborate on why you think it's better to leave it on or off.

It actualy doesn't matter much. If your computer is causing interferance to other electronics around it, turn it on, otherwise it makes absolutly no differance..

So spread spectrum doesn't make any difference in terms of performance or stability of the computer itself?
