Where the hell do people live like that? Impossibly gigantic house, big sweeping steps leading down to a supercar that gets parked right ahead of the front door waiting for them whenever they want it, and on a decidedly non-asphalt driveway.

The driveway, it's paved with crushed unicorn horns. They're gentle on the $20k tires of the Veyron.

I've noticed that just about every Corolla I see on the road is an S. I've been meaning to look up the differences between the base and S model just for kicks, maybe 2011 is the year.

You should check them out. They're cute. Not only that, but they are probably one of the most sportiest cars made.

There's no real difference. Base model is CE and the S comes with standard features that are optional on the CE. Things like power windows, power locks, remote entry. It has the same engine, same transmission, same suspension as the base model.

Yeah I think there's an XRS model that comes with a slightly stiffer suspension and a fugly body kit, though. 😛

Indeed. The XRS is a really fun car to drive. The only problems with this car are that passengers probably won't like how stiff the suspension is.

I posted a lot of shit about how Corollas are garbage in winter, but much of that does not apply to the XRS model. The XRS had a limited slip differential, so it's a lot less likely to get stuck in snow.

It probably has performance tires though so it is more likely to get stuck in snow.

Just curious, how are the tires on your car there skippy?

It's assumed that anyone has $20k to blow on a car has another $800 to blow on tires.

My Dunlop winter tires are great. Stopping is never a problem. Accelerating is still a problem because it's a pile of shit open differential corolla.
