spools.exe error

I just installed windows xp on a compaq evo d51c machine. After a couple reboots I've noticed a spools.exe error that comes up at startup. With this being a new install and the reboots basically just to test system health I'm stumped as to the problem.

Ususally it is due to improper printer drivers, especially with XP.
