splitting a file

I have a 3.3GB file to split. I'd like to split them out in 700MB segments to burn on CD-R. Does anyone know of a program that can do this!? I've tried like 5 or 6 programs and they are all stupid! they cannot handle it at all.

I suppose i have to make my own right?

Hi , there is a program named split-it, I don't know if works on such big files,
but you can try it and see!

There's plenty of freeware zipping programs that can split a zip file into whatever size segments you want (but then its zipped). Winzip can probably do it.
