Splitter for Com Port?

Do they make such a thing as a 9 pin com port splitter cable? I have 2
ports and I need a third. I don't need a switch box as it is to connect my
GPSs and I won't be using both of them at the same time. I would buy an
inexpensive switch box if I could find one of them. I know they make the splitter
or jumper expansion cables for the serial and parallel ports, but I haven't
been able to find any for the com port.

I dont think there is any such thing as a splitter for come ports, it would probably short out. I believe there is voltage going thru com ports. Com ports, btw, are serial ports.
