Ow. ;) Well, good for you that you can do them, and brag about it. I haven't trained for a long time now, my flexibility is naught.

If you got it flaunt it ..lol..j/k...but I sure as hell know it isn't going to last forever.....

I'm lucky in that I did gymnastics when I was younger so that helps and I've done various forms of Martial Arts and Kung Fu.

I'm about 10cm away from full sidewards splits. HURTS LIKE A MOFO!

Not easy to do, respect to anyone that can do it! And gymnastics well!

thanks. I would kick better if I did a martial art like TKD that did have more kicks. I do Wing Chun. As for kicking I fast and can kick hard. That kick is defiantely the sort I'd do for 'show' only and not kick in a real fight. For that I'd just dot he straight side kick. Powerful and quick. The fancy stuff rarely works and takes longer to connect when a straight kick is simple and fast. I do admit when the fancy stuff connects because of the spins you do it will be a hard kick.

I can squat 140kg so thats how I can jump so high. I've always been a good jumper but not good enough to dunk though. Me being 5"10 and not my arms aren't all that long either and probably because I'm not jumping high enough.

As for the boards. People use the cheaper boards to break or they kick witht he grain which makes it MUCH easier to break a board. You try and kick against the grain and it is much harder......

yeha suppose so.

No pieces of wood for me to break........

I'd have to make contact then I'm sure I'd be able to break a few. I have no idea how many though. I know I can kick hard but that kick wouldn't be 'that' hard to kick things with though. A persons head is easier to take out then a bunch of wood......

I used to be able to do the split kicks, I've been out of TKD for a few years now and have lost a bit of my flexibility.

I need to start training again, I forgot how much fun it was.
