is there any program that can split image (jpeg or tiff) without actually opening it ? 🙂 (b/c it's too big)

if i understand correctly u want to transfer the pic somweher and u cant cos its too large and u wanna split it.
File Shredder is the util for u.. guess u shud be able to find it at download.com
