Splinter Cell Walk-through

I really like this game, but I get irked when I can't figure something out after an acceptable amount of time (my game playing time is very little because of my busy life...so I get quite frustrated when I am not progressing in a game). Anyway, are there any walk-throughs on the net that I can access to figure out how to get by places where I get stuck? Thanks.

Splinter Cell is not for people who want to spend a few minutes at a time on a game. Splinter Cell is for a fraction of the gamers that will spend HOURS working on specific portions of the level, just to do it "right". I'm on the last level now and its going to be quite difficult to complete the game, I can tell already. It took me a weekend to beat the last two and a half levels, no telling how many hours it'll take for me to finish the last level.

yes....couldnt agree more...

Thanks guys...I was able to find some walk throughs...

I totally agree that the game is not for someone who only wants to spend a few minutes...I would love to spend hours...I just don't have time. I love the concept of the game and I think it is quite a polished product. Unfortunately it doesn't fit into my schedule, but I am determined to beat it.

Thanks for the info...I should have checked Google out more extensively before posting...I'm getting lazy...

I don't consult the walkthrough unless i have been stuck for a while (like more than an hour)...that is when I get frustrated. The game isn't fun to me if I get frustrated like that.

I'm not sure where you got stuck and needed the FAQ for assistance (I needed it too), but if you are getting frustrated by the PC demo, the full version (if its a port of the Xbox version) is a mutha f'er. The levels where you cannot be spotted at all and cannot take out a single guard are very annoying. The CIA level is quite difficult, but some of the later levels are just as difficult.

This is the Xbox game. The place where I was getting frustrated is on the second level when you are transversing the gutter pipes to get from a balcony to an open window. Every time I hit a certain point on the gutter, the alarm keeps going off. I tried hiding the bodies several times...to no avail...but everyone keeps telling me that I just need to do a better job about that. I've heard about the CIA level and how hard it is...I imagine i will get quite frustrated there.

thanks for all the help guys.

This is a kick arse game that I can't seem to put down. I passed the CIA level and man was it a workout. This is great fun.
