Pandora's Tomorrow came with my graphics card when I got in a couple months back, but at the time my cd-rom drive wasn't fast enough to read the cd. Now I just got a new CD/DVD drive and the cd works.

My question is, should I wait before playing pandoras tomorrow and go buy the first one and play that through first? Or are the story lines completely different.
 
I think they are different. I beat the first and played some of PD and it seemed completely different. Heck IMO there wasn't much of a story(what little I understood anyway). I sure wasn't playing it for the story.
 
Pandora Tomorrow is by far the worst of the 3 Splinter Cell games. You certainly don't need the story from the first one to play the 2nd one, but it isn't as fun.
 
ok well maybe I'll just get the 1st one anyways cause I think the game is really fun. So if the 1st is better...WOOOOO

Why in the world would you say that? The Single Player is pretty much the same... but c'mon, the multiplayer adds a whole new dimension to the game.
SC3==SC2 >>> SC1 IMO
 
I am about to finish CT and i have NO idea what the plot is. Play any of them in ANY order. PT was more of a SC 1.5 where as CT is a true upgrade like SC 2--if that matters.

Are you kidding? If i had to summarize it would go something like this:

Korea attacks, was it really korea, wait, it was Japan or some rogue, but was it really Japan or the rogue, no wait, was it a rogue Japanese general? Dont kill ANYONE sometimes. Sheet, im not even sure if thats accurate. I just played the game as stealth and choked the sh!t outta fools. VERY unforgettable game. Wheres Morrowind or STALKER?
