Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow was released in 2004. It is the sequel to Splinter Cell.

I think you're talking about Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.

I'm talking about the graphics settings Low, Medium, High. Those are the descriptions they give, but I see no difference except for a performance increase, but I still want to know.

Moi says : for chaos theory go buy a 6800GT, choose SM3 with everything on except HDR (doesn't work with AA/AF and ruins performance), and choose 4xAA/8xAF. Voila, eye candy a la carte mon shery !!!
