Splinter Cell Movie

I hope they dont turn it into crap like 99% of most movies out of Hollywood. Splinter Cell has so much potential to be a badass movie.

i hope marky mark does NOT get the part ...

i cannot see him in a role like Sam Fisher. he doesn't have the look.
 
Hugh Jackman might be good?

It would be a hard role to cast for. And will ultimately be cast poorly. Its inevitable. I mean, Keanu cast as John Constantine? Although X-Men was cast really well.

I really thing sean connery a could years ago could have pulled it of. Sam Fisher is supposed to be older but badass. Sean Conery in his Highlander Days could have done it
 
Splinter Cell could make an awesome movie, they should just use a lesser known actor. Sam Fisher has gray in his beard, they need somebody older.

uhm, mike ironside is the voice for sam in splinter cell 1 and 2 (not sure about 3, but it still sounds like mike). plus, with some rogaine i think they could make mike into a sam.

mark whalberg simply doesnt look like a badass NSA blackop. they should definitely just go with the videogame's maincast...dennis haybert (palmer in 24) and mike for sam. both are experienced actors.
 
i just read through some boards on splinter cell movie, and some are suggesting george clooney. not a bad choice persay. has that dark grayish hair going, and rugged look. voice doesn't differ too much either. needless to say that the height and age matches. only question is if his build matches or not. probably just have to pump him up and put him in a premade muscular op-suit.

point is, dont frigging hand the role over to ryan reynolds, marky mark, or thomas jane....i dont like any of their acting, it's too dry. i mean why go with thomas jane when you can go with jack hughman, they kinda look alike anyways
