I'd just like to point out that the only thing that made that at all apparent was his use of the rupees monetary denomination. Otherwise, his post would pass quite well for the average American tween/teen, which is a credit to him and a discredit to the grammar skills of American youth.It's quite easy to see why people could have overlooked that it wasn't his first language, particularly since the rupees reference was in a later reply.
