Splicing/combining mp3s

Looking for an easier way to combine multiple (and consecutive) mp3s into one mp3 file.

The way I'm doing it now is laying them end-to-end in multi track software, but it takes 10 minutes to combine one mp3 totaling 2 hours! (these are radio shows).
