*Does anybody remember those spinning fighter thingies?

that was a small square fighting ring (probably around 5"x5") and there were these different fighters, they had a metal tip with which you wound them up, and let them spin, you would get 2 of them in the ring, and the last one spinning won.

Yep, sure were. I think I might still have my old set at my parents' house somewhere. Also, I see there's 2 sets on ebay right now. I kind of want to buy them... :Q

Some other toy out that rips these off, though I cannot think of the name. I just remember that is has some anime to go along with it.

EDIT: Actually, not quite the same thing. Remembered the name though, I think they are called BeyBlades.
