Spieth wins 2nd golf major in a row: 2015 US Open

Next, the British Open at St. Andrews. If Spieth could somehow manage to win there the PGA Championship will be one of the most watched golf events since Tiger was in his prime.

Considering the weather, the course was supposed to look like that. Some of the grass was going dormant due to lack of water + the heat. Not to mention they shaved the hell out of that place to toughen it up. No first cut or rough around the greens. It was made to be that way purposefully to be extremely difficult because that is what the PGA does for US Opens.

And awesome job by Fox. I want more golf on Fox. Just keep the robot away.
Yeah i liked that they aired Thursday & Fridays rounds in primetime too and then 8 hrs on the weekends. Also glad they didn't use their Fox Sports 1 network & just used network Fox.
Same with some of the women's soccer.

And keep the shitty looking courses away too.
After watching a few holes on Friday i was surprised there wasn't a windmill obstacle on a few of those holes.

Hardly ever watch golf but tuned in near the end to see the finish. How long have they been broadcasting the golfers talking? Makes it much more interesting.

I only watched because all the talk about the bad course.
I watched on 3 different days for a few hours each.
I thought it was awesome seeing these pros put the ball in the exact spot needed to stay on the fairway.
It's amazing how accurate their drives and long irons are.
