check the time on the oven. no after pics because it's not cooked yet. waiting for the oven to warm up.
Also, I realized the oven was too low. changed to 500 degrees+

NOO!!! I fscked it up! 60 seconds, flipped it, waited 30 seconds, stuck it in oven. This is a 1inch steak, so 1/2 of the time in the oven.. and it's RAW on the inside ! Okay stuck it back in the oven... we'll see......

ok. I think it's the cheap cut of meat - it's pretty tough. publix didn't have any filet, and I didn't want ribeye. It tastes good though - although I think I liked grilled steaks better. Will try again with different meat some other day.
