I was minding my own business one morning on our deck when suddenly I saw it. While the perpetrator was no where to be found it was obvious he wanted me to know he was there. The message was clear. I grabbed my wife and a few precious belongings and left the country.

We hopped on a plane, made a transfer just to be on the safe side and then took a ship out to safety on a remote island. We thought we were safe.

We.
Were.
Wrong.

Somehow some of his much much larger thugs made it there ahead of us.

We have since fled again, making even more plane transfers in an attempt to keep our location hidden but I think things look pretty grim for us :(

I moved in, not realizing what the secret man cave under the garage looked like.

I laid some traps, and caught lot of spiders, and some of their food, which acted as bait.

Crunchy and delicious!

What is that?

After looking through some of the other pictures there I really hope all those spiders are not ones you have found in your house... I mean really if this was around here fire would be my first choice:

I think it's a pill bug, they are normally flatter, I think the pic angle just makes it look more fat. They are not very big, maybe 2mm at most.

Yep that's one of them.

This stuff works really good on them. I have not seen a single spider in my basement all summer. The spiders themselves don't really bother me, it's the spider webs, I got a phobia of those, kinda odd I know.

edit: Yes I had to make sure that pic ends up showing 3 times. LOL

I don't see how you got so many when you live in Canada and cold places usually don't see any nasty looking spiders usually, at least here in northern WI it's good for keeping them at bay other then some smaller ones or daddy long legs.

I will have to find some pictures of my parents basement for you as the basement is old and has a ton of spiderwebs you would love.

you killed the spiders in your basement?

I hope you enjoy all the other evil insects that will now run roughshod over your house.

Spiders are easily one of the coolest creatures on earth, and one one of the marvels of evolution (oops, sorry Christian brethren). Leave 'em be.
