Spiderman vs. Magneto?

Spiderman flips about doing impressive manuevers, but then suddenly collapses and dies because Magneto used the iron in his blood to form an embollism in his brain. Detect that Spider-sense.

Apocalypse owned Magneto (and the entire brotherhood and xmen groups I might add), in the Xmen Evolution series finale.

In the comic book where magneto is the leader of the X-men, he rips apocalypse in 1/2 from head to groin in the final battle. I have the comic book somewhere.

Silver Surfer comes pretty close. he is probably the most powerful being not a god.

it's possible that his Power Cosmic is unlimited.

Dude, Spidey whooped Dr. Octopus's butt, what makes you think he won't kick Magneto's ass... There's not an ouce of metal on Spidey's body. But my take on it is that Magneto is too manly, which would makes Spidey feel "funny" and wants to snuggle up to a hunk of metal.
