Heh...anyone want one of these?

Spiderman Movie Poster

What's your opinion? Should I be selling this (it is on sale in the FS Forum) or what? It's not a paper poster...it's a full vinyl poster...the ones you see at the movie theater.

Loox like a cool poster. I'd keep it. But that's just me (yes, I saw the twin towers in his eyes).

Speaking of which....what are they going to do about the movie? I heard they pulled the preview because it showed the twin towers. Are they gonna go back and change the movie too?

Yep, I've seen them too. They're made of paper. This one is the one that hangs in the window of the theater...made of vinyl. It's a full 7 feet high and 4 feet wide.

The trailor had no footage from the film. They released the trailor to start buzz, but they didn't have enough film shot yet to actually build a trailor (hell, spiderman was all CG in the trailor). So, basically, they pulled the trailor out of their @ss and that's why it looked like some first year film student put it together. Hopefully they don't fvck up the movie 'cause I really like Spiderman (of course we're all aware of Hollywood's record of turning comic books into good movies...).

Why don't they just show the original trailers and such? Hell, why don't they just show the movies that they postponed, like Windtalkers, Collateral Damage, the new Jackie Chan movie, etc. Show those movies and show them how fake the violence is in them. They show fake violence on TV and in the movies, yet they don't show the Twin Towers? C'mon. No, we can't show nudity and the Twin Towers on TV, but hell yeah we can show Chuck Norris beating people up with his roundhouses. If you're gonna show violence, at least make it realistic. This will show how horrible violence truly is, instead of all this fake violence that kids are being subject to. Maybe after watching something that real can society wakeup and smell the coffe, "Well whaddya know, violence IS ugly. People DO die." Until you get a dose of reality, you can't really prepare for the future.

Hehe...well, it's damn well not free. Small, paper ones are sold on eBay for $150+. I'm asking $300 for this one. It's huge, vinyl and official movie stuff...a collector's item.
